I do not as the car is currently in storage. I'm hoping in the next few weeks to begin a massive list of upgrades similar to what you just did (heads, brakes, differential, radiator, bracing) so I should be able to snap some pictures and post them at that point.
The air box is not complicated. The most important aspect of its design is that it is completely sealed from the engine bay past the radiator and any incoming radiator air in front. To create an inlet for the air I replaced the turn signals with a set of Mercury Sable turn signals and some powder coated mesh. Even with the factory headlights enough air gets in to keep the temps about 10 degrees above ambient.
I'm planning on selling the mesh screens and turn signals as a kit in a few months.
I believe it was Gilbert's driveshafts on W 34th st. 713-868-6115. Just make sure you check your tranny snout and count the splines. I got mine shortened and had to change to correct spline count. He did it fast and good price.
