Greetings, my name is Bill and I'm from Fredericksburg, VA. I've been working on the V8 conversion for about 8 months now and just found the forum. I have a 2001 NB, silver and I'm dropping in a Ford 5.0L from a 1991 LX. I purchased the engine only with no wiring harness or ECU. Its been bored to 308 ci. It has a Crane cam, Trick Flow heads and intake. The rear end is out of a 1990 Thunderbird with 325 gears and limited slip. I'm in the process of reinstalling the rear subframe an will be welding in the gusset plates as soon as the weather warms up. I'm going to be asking a lot of questions about the wiring and I thank you in advanced for your help.

Welcome! I have a build thread for my 5.0 in to a 96 that is near completion. Sounds like you are moving along nicely, and have a great engine to work with. Good luck, and definitely ask any questions that you may have as you go along.
