Just drove home my next project. 1994 Miata. It looks like I will be needing front skins. Can anyone point me in the right direction. It's gonna get a v8. Right now It's looking like 5.0. I plan on a lot of reading on here before I start in with the technicals. Thanks

Collecting parts. So far I have an 8.8 irs track-loc with 3.27 gears. M90 supercharger. Need opinion on motors. I currently have a 1965 289 ford a 1997 302 fuel injected with gt40p heads and a 1975 tall deck 351W. I am leaning towards the 289 with the gt40 heads and fuel injection with supercharger. I also have .040 Mahle forged pistons ready for whatever motor I go with. I like the revs and short stroke of the 289 but I am asking for opinions good or bad. Thanks in advance

Whichever way you go. watch your compression if you plan on a supercharger in the future. Personally, I'm thinking the 97 5.0L would be your best bet if in good running condition. roller cam, GT40 heads, fuel injected, all that makes for an easy to tweak and tune package. Also easier to supercharge in it's current form.

Just my two cents worth
