How's it goin guys, I'm Eric. I've got a black nb that's mostly stock at the moment. I've been thinking about a v8 for a long time but recently after a conversation with a friend I got into it pretty heavy.

Started reading m.net and here regularly and after reading steins build and the blog where he got the subframe idea, I've decided on going to do it. I drive my car regularly so I don't want to tear it up just yet. I've got a stock subframe coming that I can start working with, motor mounts from the Dodge truck to work with, and I've got a 5.0 motor that my father doesn't have any plans for. I may go a different route with the motor, I haven't decided yet, but I do know that I'm going to be making both subframes out of stock ones, and I'll be modifying control arms and moving the shock towers like Stein did.

I can't wait to get started on this. I'll be sure to start a build thread once I have something to show.

Great to have you here Eric! Yeah Steins build thread is amazing and I am really looking forward to seeing how you do yours. I'm kind of in the same boat with an extra subframe wanting to mod for a 5.0 but there is so many ways to get that wrong!
