Sup guys, I just registered with this site the other day. I don't have a V8 Miata, or a Miata at all actually.

I had a turboed Miata years ago and really loved it. The thought of swapping in a V8 had crossed my mind, but it wasn't a big deal since the turbo made plenty of power for me. Then one snow storm in the Mid West changed everything. I was ready for something newer anyway, so I parted out the wrecked Miata and moved into a 350Z. Been there ever since.

I really like the Z, but I can't help but feel that it's just too heavy. And I keep finding myself looking around the classifieds for another Miata to play with. With the Miatas, I always felt they were underpowered. So now that there are so many V8 kits out, I am looking to do a LS Miata. I plan on starting it up probably next year when I am back stateside.

For now, I have been getting knowledge on the swap and reading through a few documented builds to prepare myself for my own in the future.
