Hey girls/guys! I'm James from New Orleans. After the first of the year, I'll be moving to WNC Asheville area, because mountains and stuff.

No car yet. Not a wanna be, just waiting to move. I've been collecting parts for v8 Miata build. Once I move, I'll buy the actual car and tear it apart because all I'll need is the car.

And I'm going to start a no car build thread shortly.

A few times, but I usually save it for the track or the mountains.

No Problem had just been built when I was there. Deals Gap was a regular trip and most Sundays a few of us would cut off the group at the usually turnaround gas station and ride 22 to the northshore and loop back around. Get a bit of straight line and twisty fun in the same day. The Miata fills both gaps for me now. I'm w/o a bike now for the first time in 40 years. Haven't taken it to the Gap yet. Hope to b4 something else grabs my attention.

My buddy was going this weekend to look at NP raceway, but I heard it's still crap. I doubt they ever fix it up. And NOLA turned out to be a bust. 2 MC trackdays a year. UGH
