about 3 weeks ago now, came across a screaming craigslist deal on a '99 Z28 LS1 t56 car. Running driving car with a whooped exterior, but unmodified besides a catback and ran and drove very well!

At that time, I listed everything from my turboed 93 miata for sale, sold the engine turbo kit megasquirt and rear end which paid for the camaro woo!!

So as of now, the engine/trans should be out of the Camaro this week, already picked up a 3.42 Getrag w/ limited slip from LKQ. Everything is out of the miata and I am about ready to start ordering up some parts!

Super excited to be apart of the the community and hope to see some of you around!!

Sounds like you've got the perfect setup. I assume there are a few miles on the camaro? Pics? Plans?

Thanks guys! I am just finalizing my direction with the build. I likely will not dedicate any time during the process to a build thread, however I am big on taking pictures and intend on doing a retrospective build thread.

Camaro has 128k on it
- At this time only mods will be
- high volume oil pump (melling 10296)
- LS2 chain
- DIY PNP TB
- clutch ( still deciding on which )

My plans are to fabricate all of my own mounts. I have a few new ideas, mounting solutions I have never seen done before.... maybe for good reason, or maybe just because everyone does the tried and true methods. We will find out!
