Default T5 wires - backup neutral hook up?

I am pretty sure I am going to hook up the back up light switch on the T5, but what about the neutral switch? Hook them both up? I am unsure what looks at the neutral switch after the conversion? Will hooking both switches up or not make any difference other than the back up lights working or not?

Why not hook them up? I have back up lights hooked up, but the rebuilt T5 I got was a 4 cly core, so has no neutral stub to plug into, but I would have used it if it did. Btw, polarity of those wires doesn't matter.
