fuel delivery problems

fuel delivery problems
OK guys, I'm sure that those of you that have done a conversion have some experience with the 5.0 fuel system. My problem is with the injectors. I don't have power to the pulse side of the injectors. The constant hot side of the injector reads 5 volts but when I spin the engine over, I don't get any signal on the pulse side. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
