Use everything Miata except for the compressor and lines. The compressor is the one that came with the Mustang, the lines you can get from me or have them made up yourself. To make it work electronically one small splice under the dash is required.

Here's my AC hose page which goes into greater detail:

Jason makes this real simple for you and if you have a background in a/c it is snap but do yourself a favor and order the ac lines from Jason. It cant get any eaiser.Good quaility and great supporting documents.

I made my own lines for free. The only Mazda wiring used was from the A/C button to activate the compressor. I used the Mazda expansion valve in place of Ford's cycle switch. All of the thin gauge Mazda wire was upgraded to a larger gauge wire. This includes the wiring for the cooling fans as well as the fuel pump. The A/C is controlled by the Ford ecm as it is in a Mustang. I even used the WOT relay & inertia switch. By keeping it all Ford, It makes it easy to diagnose any electrical issues.
