any dedicated track only 5.0 swapped cars here?

Im still up in the air on swapping my 99 track car. I would like to hear peoples opinions on how the handling characteristics changed from the over all weight gain. Mainly interested in peoples opinion that mainly track their miata. My car is about 2100 lbs with no driver and it goes deep deep into the corners.

This is the question that everyone asks who has never driven one because everyone that has knows it's the best thing you can do to a Miata. Short of driving one the best way to prove it to you is to do the math...

Percentage change from 2100 lbs to 2450 lbs is 16%
Percentage change from 190 hp (assuming boost) to 325 hp (assuming a modest 5.0) is 71%

Both those numbers are very conservative and easy to improve on but still you can see the power overwhelms the weight many times over. Seriously the only down side to putting a 5.0 in a track car is your jaw will hurt after a track session from grinning so much!
