Been trying to reach McCully Racing to order AC lines and their radiator cowl. No returned called or emails. The radiator cowl I have now is not even aluminum and I need to replace it. What else can be used?

 

I just used a piece of cardboard to develop a template and traced it on a piece of aluminum stock I got from the hardware store. I bolted it to the stock bolt locations on the nose. Took about 45 minutes start to finish.

 

I may go this route and place stripping on the side to keep air.
