I have a 5.0 Monster Miata for sale.
Conversion was done by Monster Motorsport back in the old day.
The chassis is a 1992 miata, with 56K miles on the odometer.
I am the second owner since 2003.

Racing Beat front and rear bumper.
Rear molded metal fender flares.
BIG CCW wheels 18”.
Ground Control height adjustable springs with AGX adjustable shocks.
Brake conversion from 1.8L miata with crossdrilled rotors.
Red leather seats and door panels.
A lot of chrome stuffs.
A stereo system with dual 10” sub from the 90s.

Oh no doubt, although most guys asking $15,000 end up either keeping their toy or selling it for $10-12,000. You went right for the kill with a great price. I can only hope that I can save another couple grand before you sell it.

This car can't be as good as I believe it is,,,heck I got two kidneys and a liver I could sell.......................wait, let me think about that.

I'm interested. What type of transmission and rear end do you have in it? Do you know what stock HP is for that year 5.0? Does care have A/C and power steering? What condition is the top in? Is that a glass or plastic rear window? is 56 k the total mileage on the care or the mileage since the conversion?

Yeah well I can handle the lack of the power steering and cruise, but the wife is a driver too and would like the power steering and pass on the cruise too. No matter as you aren't selling it. .. or are you?

 

No I am not selling. Good luck on your search. Plan to pay a decent amount if you want a conversion with AC, power steering, and cruise control.

I have yet to hear about a conversion with cruise control. I would sell if I got a ridiculous high offer. Put in a new AC system in in but won't hold freon. I plan to take it to a shop to pinpoint leak. The car is a lot of fun and parts are cheap!

 

Superrok I put an audiovox aftermarket cruise in mine and really like it. Don't suppose you would care to caravan with Gator to Mitty would you? I'd love to see that car of yours!!

 

I know FM can do it on the LSx cars now, though mine doesn't have it yet (to do list).

I was going to suggest the caravan also. Wife doesn't know it yet, but I'm scheming to drive the car there instead of the previously planned trailering.

Do you join the local Miata club for any events or get togethers? I've been to the Keller's meet a few times, but not since it got cold.
