"Nadine" 1990 LS-1 Miata - SOLD -

5 Attachment(s)
Thinking of selling "Nadine" the Fireballrun.com Fireballrun.tv car. This one will be featured in the full length movie that debuts at the Orlando Film Fest this October.
It has just 6k miles on it since the build and it runs flawlessly. '99 Vette LS-1, T-56, 8.8 Cobra rear (first one ever!) with 3.73 posi. Boss Frog everything and a Simpson Design hood. Griffin Rad, Speedhut GPS Speedo and Tach, Wilwood brakes front and rear, Painless harness. C1M's with polished lips and Toyo Proxis R1R's with less than 500 miles.
This car played with the Exotics at the Fireball and impressed many people. The video of the lap at Watkins Glenn chasing the Ford GT and having to stuff the brakes to avoid hitting him in the tight corners is crazy! And when he went from 60-110 on the straight only to look in his rearview to find me still there...wish I had a camera in his car to catch his expression...
Only reason for the sale is I am looking to build an Exocet with a supercharged 6.0L next. Wife wont let me keep two crazy cars as she wants her side of the garage back!
Will include a CD with photos of the build, copies of the numerous articles of the car in the local paper, and any part numbers of oddball stuff I can think of. To say I know the car in and out is an understatement.
Priced at $16,738 with clean CT title in hand for cash in hand. NO TRADES!

Good luck with the sale, it looks to be worth every cent.

Any vid links? I have an acquaintance that is looking for a fun rwd car.

I havent done video of the car yet... not to offend but they always looked silly to me, a guy walking around his car listening to it idle? What if the sound on the camera is really bad???
If your friend wants to give me a shout I am sure we can work something out. PM me and I will give you a phone number... thanks for the help.

I was thinking that you might have some track video.

Other than parade laps at Lime Rock Race Park and Watkins Glen (Spirited as they were) and two auto cross events during the Fireballrun Adventurally, the car has not been tracked yet. The build was completed last April and the car was painted in August. Total of myybe 6 thousand miles since completion and not so much as a hickup from her. I have a write up I did for someone that I would be happy to forward.
I do have to say that I though I was going to have to sell this car to build my next project (a 6.0L Magnason SC V-8 Exocet) but I have run into a couple deals already and I might not have to. That said I dont think I will be negotiating on price.

You should not have to negotiate that price, it's very fair if not even a bit low in my opinion.

OMG! When it rains it pours!!! Was offered $17,500 for it Friday....went to the OCC Mazda meet today and was offered $18G.... all this after deciding NOT to sell her. I guess I have to talk to my son again and see if we are in the wheel house to let her go ;-(

Nadine sold this week at my asking price. The good/bad news was she was also given a full page in Car Craft Magazine this month too! Grab the Feb 2014 issue and turn to page 86. They hacked up the letter I sent them but then again they only had a few lines to tell the story. Great Pictures of the car and the engine....Now for the Exocet!
