I contacted him for details but I'm not sure I'm all that interested so I'll put it out to the group. Looks like a steal if you ask me!

yeah, it would be hard to build one for cheaper. But then again that's the fun part.

That is an amazing deal, the install looks like it was done really well. Just a tune to the motor and some paint and it's perfect....oh, and some windshield wipers! :-)
