See https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...mx-5-miata-62/
Says it's a black-over-tan convertible that was modified in 2010 by Flyin’ Miata of Palisade, Colorado, with work including installation of a a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 mated to a six-speed Tremec T56 manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional modifications include a Hard Dog roll bar, a butterfly chassis brace, adjustable coilover suspension, a custom-fabricated dual exhaust system, an aluminum driveshaft, A-pillar braces, Wilwood front calipers, and 15″ Advanti Racing wheels, and the car is also equipped with a tan soft top, a body-color removable hard top, air conditioning, a Clarion CD stereo, and power windows. First registered in Missouri, the car spent time in Texas and Indiana before it was acquired by the seller in 2018 and now shows 48k miles. This NA modified by Flyin’ Miata shows 48k miles and is now offered with a car cover, a hardtop stand, spare parts, removed factory components, a Carfax report, and a clean Michigan title in the seller’s name. Located in Romeo, Michigan.

1992 LS swap

Does a strut tower brace make much difference in handling at the track?

Dash looks a little rough and some cosmetic imperfection on exterior (small crack in front and I think a fender with clear coat issue).
What’s a fair price for buyer and seller?

1992 LS Swap - Strut Tower Brace

I'm not a race car driver or race car builder, but in my opinion adding strut tower bracing to one of these cars would only make a difference if it's to be driven by someone capable of competently pushing the car to its performance limits. Hobbyists & amateurs might enjoy adding chassis-stiffening features like this to be able to point out they've got them, but unless the car is flexing so much without it that the driver can actually tell the suspension is moving out of alignment while running around the track it's probably not really needed.

Don't forget the 5% BAT buyer's premium - making it $43,575 to the buyer ;)

Completely ridiculous. Huge respect for the engineers at Flyin' Miata, but at the end of the day, it's still a NA Miata. At that price point, you could nab a C7 Vette. Wouldn't corner as well, but it would have a higher top speed and turn more heads. Oh the magical ability of auctions to kill financial responsibility and rationality...
