Seller directed me to his Youtube channel with several videos throughout the build. I'm not as interested now... :\

For sure! We're headed out this weekend to look at another one and we'll see how that shakes out.

He sent me this reply this morning.
375 posi. Exhaust...full 3in duals. Run along driveshaft single corvette cross flow muffler, dual 30 in resonators. Slight rumble, but no Crack like no muffler. Ford racing cam, edelbrock 650, Ford GT 40 heads. Monster miata custom headers. Martin's kit. Utube little rock monster miata for very early construct vids. |
Sounds like it could be an OK build then and it is a real 95 M car. That he would be proud of that video is a bit troubling though...

LOL not me tires and tickets are too expensive! Well I did spin them a little in the church parking lot a couple weeks ago but not with cars around like this guy did. Just knowing I can is enough for me :)
The notion that the seller would think it a fine idea to send a video of reckless burnouts just feet away from other cars in a public parking lot to a perspective buyer as a way to showcase the car is devoid of any common sense on so many levels. Given the date of the video, lack of hood and very clean engine bay this was obviously soon after the build was completed. If this is how he breaks in a new build I can just imagine the life this poor car has had. |
