Have seen this one around for a while on the internet - now posted for sale at https://classics.autotrader.com/clas...iata/101782380 - asking $38,900. On consignment at Classic Auto Mall, 6180 Morgantown Road, Morgantown, PA 19543 (877) 516-3869. Over 70 photos at the site. Says it has only 3,957 verifiable miles on the odometer. 5.0 litre fuel injected Ford V8 with Kenne Bell supercharger. 5-lug wheel conversion. Air conditioned.

What's the story on this one - built by Monster or privately? No dyno sheet, but claims of 400hp from the turbocharged engine at 6.5lbs of boost. No torque figure. Some RX-7 R-1 suspension parts and brakes ... What appears to be light damage towards the front of the driver's side front quarter. |

The write-up doesn't say, but you could phone Martin Wilson at Monster Miata. He'd probably remember if he had anything to do with building it. Probably built by Monster Miata since it has their hood louvers, flared fenders, rear spoiler, & body kit installed. Also the Godzilla sticker, setback embrodery, & Mega Monster emblems on the front fenders are likely only available from Monster Miata.
