I saw this on Facebook and figured I'd post it here to help him get it sold.

I'm the guy that posted it on FB. There are pictures of the build below. Serious inquiries only, please. He's motivated to sell, but doesn't absolutely have to have it gone. It's worth well over his asking price, and the build is clean, fully functioning the way it should -- no bandaids, shortcuts, or expenses spared on it.

Power steering, windows, runs at 192 degrees in Florida's hot sun.

The car is located in Orange Park, FL. You can get in touch with Dave at (904) 487 8202

He rattled off a laundry list of parts, but right now it's got an LS (unknown which, sorry) a 4L60 (not 100% confident on the trans -- it's an auto), and a 4.30 Torsen with the 8.8" ready to go. Frame rail braces, trans brace, new wheel bearings, A/C (-compressor) ready to install, upgraded oil pump and guage, and a ton more.

He had it listed on craigslist a little while back. It does look pretty clean, but there are a few holdups when I look at it. Certainly a great start, but there are some things left out that can really change the price and desire for a car like this:

Did he build it or have it built?
How is the engine mounted?
More info is needed on that rear, he says he has an 8.8 ready to go, does he have axles, and DS as well, is the 8.8 rebuilt or straight out of a salvage yard, is it a iron or aluminum rear?
Suspension/brakes?
AC is ready to go, so does it have the lines fabbed and ready? Wiring?

12,500 for a running LS car is a pretty good deal regardless, but if these things were answered he may get more interest.
