Eric, a free marketing lesson..... I "could" request pictures but why should I take the time when you're the one trying to sell the car, you should post pics. Without pictures showing the engine and conversion work including a few shots underneath this post is pretty much worthless.

Do not have a build thread here. The car is located in Chicago.

Any interest in swapping for a 2002 35th anniversary Camaro SS?
It has all the options, 6 speed, SLP package with 48,000 miles and LOTS of upgrades and performance parts.

This poor car just keeps coming up for sale. I think it actually started as an actual monster motorsports monster Miata. The bodywork is actually quite rare.

Good luck on your sale,
-Jason

Jason, that what I remember as well. Also as I recall the car was new when it was converted with all new drivetrain and is still a relativity low mile car. If my memory is in error I'm betting someone speaks up.

So Jason or anyone else any idea why it is not selling? Do you know of any issues with it?

I think the last time it was listed the price was north of 20K, seemed to me like a bargain back then.

The main problem may be the year of the car. A 1996 is a OBD2 chassis which means it can only be legally owned and inspected in a state that does not do OBD2 testing.

Yes it is a Monster Motorsports Miata.

Car does not have any issues either. RUNS STRONG.

I guess there is an *** for every seat. Car is pretty low mileage. I believe the motor has around 30,000 on it. I may have the title from the donor car as well (have to look around)

Hey Eric I'll toss in a 96 Miata along with my Camaro to sweeten the swap deal.

Any interest in swapping your car for both the above cars? It would have to wait till mid April but I am serious about a trade. The Camaro is easily worth $12,000 and the Miata probably $1500 or so and if it takes a few bucks to close the deal we can work that out.
